SafeTree Arborist Consulting ("we," "us," or "our") operates the SafeTree Arborist Consulting mobile application and web-based Client Portal (collectively, the "App"). Because the App enables user account management, arborist consultation scheduling, and secure document access, we collect specific categories of personal information:

• Schedule and conduct on-site certified arborist consultations and tree risk assessments.
• Generate, store, and deliver signed arborist opinion letters and report documents to your portal account.
• Send automated push notifications or SMS/email updates regarding your consultation status, appointment confirmations, and account security.
• Maintain compliance with legal standards and professional arborist recordkeeping requirements.

We respect your privacy and do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal information or account credentials.

We share data only with essential cloud infrastructure and service providers (such as web hosting, encrypted database services, and payment processors) solely to operate the App. All third-party service providers are bound by strict confidentiality and security obligations.

We retain your account credentials, property records, and inspection history for as long as your account remains active or as needed to maintain legal and professional service records.

Your Right to Delete Your Account: You have the right to request full deletion of your user account and associated personal data at any time. To request account deletion:
